Forever Young...

My oh my things are a-changin'

We have three kids in our sunday school class leaving for different states or churches. Home group seems very small all of a sudden. I was sitting there trying to imagine what the Cook group will be like without so many key players attending anymore.

Clearly, the Youngs may not go on vacation anymore. Forget about hosting it, with the exodus of the K's, M's, S's, and C's it is imperative that the Y's be there week in and week out. Imperative, I say. It's like a ship without an anchor, a camera without a flash, a sundae without chocolate.

(the official post missing the Youngs)

Yikes. How old do you have to be anyway to go to homegroup??? not like I'm planning to attend and sneak into the car one wednessday night. I have missed the youngs these past couple weeks. It doesn't feel right when you can't tease one of your best friends the second he walks through the Grace Church doors...looks like things will be normal this sunday, or should I say in two days...

It's so nice to be missed! I know who the K's and the M's are, but who are the S's and the C's? I hated to miss group Wed, but I was SO sick. I will be there this week for our last Kircher homegroup. It seems kinda surreal. That is the only group that we have been in from the beginning. (10 years!) Hosting will make the transition a little easier.
And since God hasn't sold their house yet, they will still be part of the group. Now maybe I can sit next to Anna at group :)

P.S. I love Ben's blog & Charli's comments!
